JEE Main 2019 – started under NTA hold

The newly formed NTA is conducting three important entrance examinations i.e. JEE Main for engineering aspirants, CMAT for management aspirants and GPAT for pharmacy aspirants this month. NTA is conducting these examinations in a fully online format. The aspirants are busy in preparation and giving exams for the maiden online entrance experience.

NTA website has already released the links for mock tests for JEE Main. Students can log in their credentials and appear mock tests any time. Over 9.7 lakh students across the country are appearing for this computer-based test between 6th January and 20th January.

In various institutes where the JEE is to be conducted in the city, mobile jammers are used in exams to prevent candidates from cheating using the internet. For the first time, the devices like jammers are used in JEE.

JEE was earlier conducted by CBSE. Online examination mode is also new for all. JEE Main result will be out by 31st January on NTA website.

All JEE main candidates now need to intensify their preparation for the exam.
