5. Delays in Services:

Neither Topmocktest.com (including it directors, employees, affiliates, agents, representatives or subcontractors) shall be liable for any loss or liability resulting, directly or indirectly, from delays or interruptions due to electronic or mechanical equipment failures, telephone interconnect problems, defects, weather, strikes, walkouts, fire, acts of God, riots, armed conflicts, acts of war, or other like causes. Topmocktest.com shall have no responsibility to provide you access to Topmocktest.com while interruption of Topmocktest.com is due to any such cause shall continue.

(b) Immediately by Topmocktest.com if you assign or transfer (or attempt the same) any rights granted to you under this Agreement.

(c) Immediately, if you violate any of the other terms and conditions of this User Agreement.

Termination or cancellation of this Agreement shall not affect any right or relief to which Topmocktest.com may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this User Agreement, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to Topmocktest.com. Except as set forth herein, regardless of the reason for cancellation or termination of this User Agreement, the fee charged if any for access to Topmocktest.com is non-refundable for any reason.

10. Jurisdiction:

The terms of this agreement are exclusively based on and subject to Indian law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in New Delhi, India in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website. Use of this website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.

11. Means of Communication:

By registering, you certify that all information you provide, now or in the future, is accurate. You also accept that we may contact you by SMS or email for verification and communication purposes. As per the DOT regulations, this will apply even if you are registered in the Do Not Disturb registry. During registration, you will also have the option of receiving a variety of periodic emails. The option to receive any of these email products is completely yours. If, at any time, you do not wish to continue to receive any of these emails from us, you may remove yourself from the list by following the instructions at the bottom of each email. It is your responsibility to make sure we always have your current email address. If we do not, we will not be able to pass information to you. We will also keep you advised of new functionality and new product offerings via email from time to time.

12. Levels of Membership:

Topmocktest.com currently offers single membership levels: Basic Membership (which is free to all registered visitors). All members may:

Post their name in all relevant Topmocktest.com directories and read message board postings.

Receive our various emails which provide discounts and other information of interest to Topmocktest.com members.

Topmocktest.com will change the specific services offered to our members from time to time and has the right to do so without advance notice to our members. We strive to improve your experience on our site and will test a variety of service offerings in an attempt to provide you with useful tools and services.

13. About our Services:

Students can test their comprehension by taking Online Tests, and keep track of their own performance, through their TMT Assessment Reports. TMT provides a platform to prepare for exams online. To keep TMT running smoothly for all of our Users, you agree that you will use the Service only in a manner consistent with the following Acceptable Use Policy. TMT encourages users to take it but does not ensure 100% guarantee in the main examination. Evaluation and feedback of TMT is a way to help student assess his exam preparation only.

14. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

TMT offers only online products and services. Once the customer has paid for these, they are activated and can be used immediately. Cancellation requests of products and/or services once bought are not accepted. Hence, no requests for refunds will be entertained.
