Schedule your Distractions, Don’t run from them

A major problem among competitive exams aspirants is ‘How to avoid distractions’. According to me, why to think to avoid or run away from distractions instead we should schedule them.

NEET – to crack such a tough competitive exam, one needs to spend at least 8-10 hours daily for its preparation. But focusing for such long hours for months is tough. So, one can get distracted very easily. Distractions come in many forms. It can be from the cyber world i.e. Facebook, WhatsApp etc, chatting or meeting friends and many more.

Preparation needs a well planned daily study schedule for NEET. Timetable binds students to follow it throughout the day and help in better preparation. So, if we are planning a schedule for preparation then why not we should plan or distractions too. We all will agree that it is really tough to get rid of the distractions for aspirants. Scheduling them will help to involve in distractions. This will not affect the aspirant’s personal life and preparations at all.

Distractions can be scheduled very easily. For example: For exam preparations, aspirant needs 8-10 hours, 7 hours for sleep, 4 hours a day we can keep for refreshing and meals. Now we are left with 3 hours. These 3 hours an aspirant can spare for going out, meeting friends or anything they like to do.

This example looks easy but it is really tough to follow. Mostly aspirants make several schedules but fail to follow them properly. If they do so then for sure no one can stop them from cracking any exam with good scores.
