Tips for handling stress of cracking JEE

Yes, there is a need for lots of dedication and time allocation for JEE preparation but that should be without stress. Stress management will work for all competitive exams. A person can handle stress when he has a control over his mind, body, and soul.
Indulge in some kind of physical activity like a sport. They will refresh your mind a lot and reduces stress. Spend some time to practice your favourite sport. Keeping your body fit will always boost your confidence level.
A good and healthy meal will have a positive impact on your mind and body. Stop the habit of skipping your meal. Drink adequate water in frequent breaks. Say no to junk food.
Get proper sleep. This gives your brain time to recharge and remember what you have learned. Minimum of 8hrs sleep helps your brain to assimilate new knowledge into your mind. Meet a friend for a quick cup of coffee to chat for half an hour about something other than your big exam or paper that is due, or go see a movie together.
Never procrastinate, keeping a diary and writing to-do lists each day will keep you well prepared and on track to getting everything done that too on time.
Stay positive and keep working hard but without stress.
